What a Sprint is

The full Hyrox experience, half the distance

A Hyrox Sprint runs the same eight stations as a world Hyrox race — SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, row, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls — at shortened distances and reduced volume.

That means a first-timer can finish it, and a competitor can absolutely bury themselves in it. Same clock, same standards, same roar from the crowd when the last wall ball hits the target.

Race day

What to expect on October 4

Show up 45 minutes early, warm up with the room, and race in your assigned heat.

01

Check-in & warm-up

Bibs, heat assignment, and a coached group warm-up before your wave.

02

Heats all morning

Waves run throughout the day so spectators can watch every division.

03

Judged standards

Every rep counted, every station judged — your time actually means something.

04

Finish & celebrate

Times posted, awards handed out, and the whole gym cheering the last finisher in.

Get ready

Train for it here

You have time. A focused 10 to 12 week block of compromised running, sled work and wall ball capacity will completely change your Sprint result — and our coaches program it for you, whether you train in classes or one-on-one.

Not in a hurry? Come spectate. Half of our racers signed up after watching a Sprint from the sideline and deciding they wanted in.

Get on the start line.
